Letter from the Board of Trustees

Annual Update 2009:
In 2009, our church enhanced its spiritual consciousness and increased in new membership. It has been a year of tremendous growth and change. Our expansion of our church demonstrates we have made more room for God to share with other communities. Our Prayer Chaplaincy Training has augmented our spiritual consciousness and awareness. We continue to grow and develop a loving environment that fosters the realization of spiritual truth. We have incorporated our growth with our church, our communities and the world.

Board of Trustees:
We would like to express our appreciation to Joe Gibbons, President, and Pamela Thompson, Secretary, for their tireless efforts in doing an outstanding job in Unity Church of Christ.

Our experience with Joe Gibbons and Pamela Thompson has been a great one. We have been blessed with such enriched Board Members who value this church as a loving, spiritual place that encourages and supports all who come here. We gratefully thank them for their support and their abilities to work well with other Board Members, their support for the congregation and their exceptional abilities to carry out Unity Church responsibilities.

Their Board appointments will be terminating as of January 31, 2010; but they will continue to serve God in different ministries. We wish them well and may they continue to serve God’s house.

We look forward to our new Board Members who will enthusiastically and visibly volunteer their time and talent to further the growth and the consciousness of Unity Church of Christ

Thank you to the rest of the Board of Trustees for their support as we continue to do God’s work for our entire congregation. Together, with our collective spiritual consciousness, we will continue to support Unity Church of Christ.

We are looking forward to a fantastic year in God’s house, doing God’s work, and in God’s time.
